MULTICULTURAL DAY

We had a range of fantastic activities through out the day to celebrate some of the amazing cultures we have here at Yarra Hills Secondary College.

Some of the activities included –

A workshop focused on ‘Building empathy and understanding of how fortunate we are in Australia’ – presented by Kate Wilde

Indigenous games by Ms Ballagh

African Drumming

Performance by Chin Chin (2021 YHSC School Captain)

Stamp out racism pledge – Well-being team

Costume competition

There was also some amazing food available from the canteen, SRC BBQ and the incredible Bahn Mi from our very own Tien!
