Woori Yallock Farm School

The students participated in a whipper snipper safety induction. This began with the students identifying the appropriate PPE, relating to the unit ‘Work Safely’. We also discussed the differences between 2 stoke and four stroke engines before learning how to operate the machines.

The students then demonstrated their skills outside by cutting grass, while also completing a revegetation project.

Next, we went on a bike ride along the Lilydale to Warburton Rail trial. Along the way we stopped at the ANZAC avenue of honour and reflected on the service of the sacrifices made by those who served.
