Unravelling the Mystery! Our Forensic Science students across three classes – two Year 9 classes at Mooroolbark and a combined Year 9/10 class at Mount Evelyn – conducted sock autopsies to gain hands-on experience with anatomical analysis. Who knew socks could teach us so much about the human body?  

The day began in the nursery, where some students completed the practical task of potting up indigenous ‘carex’ seedlings.
